Dave is a really nice guy. He takes his time to work with you so you get what you are looking for. We had a little issue after the job was done. They came back a fixed the issue the best they could. Super Floor’s pricing and customer service are excellent. I had a molding/painting project running parallel to ordering 2 rooms of carpet from Super Floor Store. My molding/paint contractor ran past schedule while my carpet arrived when promised by Owner Dave P. I asked if it was possible for him to store the carpet until my contractor finished the molding/paint work. Dave was very gracious and ended up storing the carpet for almost 3 weeks. When I let Dave P know that I was ready for the carpet, he got me scheduled and it was installed flawlessly within 2 days. Super Floor Store will be my first choice for any future flooring needs.

Dave and Vielka were professional and helpful. They helped me choose the perfect tile for my family room and allowed me to take home samples to match with my existing decor. The estimate was reasonable and in my budget. The installer, Nick Castleberry, was fantastic. He respected my privacy and made sure that I had access to needed areas of my house at all times. The flooring looks terrific, and he took the time to plan the pattern so that I didn’t have a lot of small pieces on the edges. He was meticulous in laying the tile, and it shows in the end product. I am very pleased with results, and recommend Super Floor Store.

I finished my upstairs install a couple of weeks ago, and it was an even better experience than the first time. While we liked our installers on the first floor, Brian and Abel, our installers on the upstairs, were even better. They were so polite and professional. Their craftsmanship was amazing. They were SO CLEAN! They cleaned up everything and stored their tools so as to not inconvenience us when they left for the evening. They made the whole experience as painless as possible. Again, I highly recommend this company. They won’t disappoint you.

I couldn’t recommend this store enough for all your flooring needs! Seriously so happy we found Dave, his lovely wife and daughter to help us upgrade our home. It took us several trips in to the store and a couple of samples to decide and we love our floors. Dave and his wife helped us pick out beautiful hardwood floors for the downstairs and super soft carpet for the stairs and upper floor. It was so refreshing working with a local business who had all the knowledge and all the kindness that they showed us every visit and every step throughout the process. Truly great customer service. What a great experience we had with Super Floor Store. This was our first large home renovation project and couldn’t be happier. Did vinyl plank flooring and updated our fireplace. Dave and all employees super helpful, accessible, and hands-on throughout entire installation process. Will definitely return for projects down the road! Highly recommend!

What amazing customer service!! We just ordered our flooring and Sarah was wonderful! She gave us the ins and out of all of the products and we found beautiful products that I had not seen elsewhere. She didn’t try to up sell us and she worked within our budget. What an amazing family business!!
