CARPET

If you’re not satisfied with the color or style of your new carpet within 60-days after it is fully installed by a Floors To Go installer, your Floors To Go store will replace it with another carpet of equal value from the same manufacturer.*

*Offer valid only on qualifying carpets from participating manufacturers. Must file claim with the Floors To Go store you purchased the carpet from. Installation and freight charges are not included and are the responsibility of the consumer. Specific Guidelines apply - see store for details.
HARD SURFACE

If you’re not satisfied with the color or style of your new hard surface floor within 60-days after it is fully installed by a Floors To Go installer, your Floors To Go store will replace it with another hard surface floor of the same species of equal value from the same manufacturer.*
